2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we process the information you provide, including your name, company, business contact details, target market, product category and the contents of your brief. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as request time, browser information and IP address to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to potential business opportunities, communicate with you and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where applicable, processing is also based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and developing our business relationships.
4. Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you use an email link, your chosen email application opens; the website does not send that message or collect its contents. Messages you choose to send are processed through the email services used by you and Pillar CC LTD to handle your enquiry.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relevant opportunity, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
